DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES
Amanda Gross
Ever since her first college internship as a Temple University undergrad, Amanda knew she was destined to work in an agency setting. Her expertise includes trade show and event planning, creating and implementing digital and traditional marketing plans, developing web and print materials, and copywriting for a wide-range of markets.
Outside of the office, you're likely to find Amanda training for a marathon, volunteering for Girls on the Run of Berks County, or traveling the world with her husband Ian and daughter Emerson.
Fun Fact: One time Amanda won a hat for running fast in a race.
DIRECTOR, CREATIVE SERVICES
Jackie Stanislaw
From a young age, Jackie always had a passion for art. After graduating with honors and distinction from Kutztown University with a BFA in Communication Design, she put that passion to work crafting messages and creating designs for a wide range of clients. Through past employment, she has extensive experience with printing methods and package design to compliment her advertising and marketing experience.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys traveling to exotic locations such as Mexico, cooking, telling really fun stories about her family, and spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their greyhound, Charlie.
Fun Fact: In fourth grade, Jackie was crowned Chess King of St. Margaret’s Chess Club.

Olivia Massaro
For Olivia, it all started with a BS in Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Penn State Berks. Olivia brings five years of experience in the marketing, hospitality, and administrative fields, having supported projects and initiatives in business development, social media strategy, client relations, and project management in her previous roles. Her motto, “Trust the process,” has been the cornerstone of her professional career; Olivia faces every new challenge with enthusiasm and creativity.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys exploring outdoors, supporting animal rescue, DIY projects, and spending family time on Long Beach Island.
Fun Fact: Olivia was featured on several billboards in Berks County for the Rebuild Berks marketing campaign in 2020.

Sam Dillman
Art and design have always been a part of Sam’s story, but the act of creating something new has manifested itself in several ways throughout her varied professional career. This has included not only traditional and digital media, but also meaningful relationships, memorable experiences and at one point really delicious breakfast food. A graduate of Kutztown University, Sam has studied digital and interactive design, traditional studio art, and psychology. Before pursuing art & design full time she had worked in human services and the foodservice industry. Through design she has found a way to continue to connect with people while helping them bring their ideas to life. She believes in showcasing what makes each individual unique and has experience doing so in digital, print, and interactive media. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, listening to live music, working on any number of personal creative projects, and relaxing with her cats.
Fun Fact: Sam has created several works of art for Penn State Health and St. Luke’s which are displayed in healthcare facilities in Lancaster, Cumberland, and Lehigh Counties.

Kevin Bezler
From his very first professional work experience as a Marketing Coordinator in 2001 at the Sovereign Center and Sovereign Performing Arts Center (now Santander Arena & Performing Arts Center) in Reading, PA, to previous roles a Director and Vice President of Client Services to his current role as President and CEO of MADJ Marketing LLC, Kevin has been extremely fortunate to have met and worked with some of the industry's best and brightest individuals; as well as meet a few celebrities along the way. Their insight and wisdom has allowed him to grow by leaps and bounds in his professional career.
Personally, Kevin is a graduate of Penn State University, Berks Campus, with a BS in Business and a focus in Marketing and Business Management. He likes to spend his free time with his wife and daughter. Additionally, Kevin is a lover of all cheeses, anything spicy, the beautiful game of soccer, and all Philly sports.
Fun Fact: Kevin was crowned champion in the dessert category and recipient of the Golden Whisk at the 2020 Children’s Home of Reading Celebrity Chef cook-off event.
